Amity University Bengaluru Signs MoU with L&T Technology Services to Launch E-Mobility Centre of Excellence

BENGALURU: Amity University Bengaluru has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with L&T Technology Services (LTTS) to establish an E-Mobility Centre of Excellence (CoE) to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and innovation, skill development, advance research in emerging technologies.

Under the partnership, LTTS will serve as the knowledge partner for the newly established Centre of Excellence, which will focus on key areas including electric mobility, industrial automation, sensing systems and data analytics. The initiative is expected to provide students and faculty with greater exposure to industry-driven research and emerging technologies.

As part of the agreement, Amity University Bengaluru and LTTS will jointly undertake research projects, faculty and student exchange programmes, guest lectures by industry experts, internships, technical workshops and innovation initiatives. Students will also gain opportunities to participate in LTTS’s flagship innovation programme, TECHgium, enhancing their industry readiness and career prospects.

The MoU was signed by Vice Chancellor of Amity University Bengaluru Prof. (Dr.) D. Subhakar, and Global Practice Head at LTTS Dr Guruprasad A. S. This has done in the presence of senior legislative body from both organizations. The collaboration reflects the shared commitment of the university and LTTS to nurture future-ready talent, accelerate technological innovation and bridge the gap between academia and industry by creating a robust ecosystem for next-generation mobility solutions.
