Delhi Court Quashes NBWs Issued to Aishe Ghosh in 2021 Case
New Delhi: A Delhi court on Thursday cancelled the non-bailable warrants (NBWs) issued against SFI joint secretary Aishe Ghosh in connection with a 2021 case after she appeared before the court. On Wednesday, the court had stayed the NBWs after Ghosh’s counsel informed the court that she was unable to appear at the previous hearing due to “unavoidable circumstances.” Judicial Magistrate Vijayshree Rathore revoked the warrants, while the detailed order is awaited.
