Odisha SIR: Final voter list to be published on Sep 21, claims settled by Sep 17

BHUBANESWAR: The final decision on claims and objections filed during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Odisha will be taken by September 17, while the final voter list will be published on September 21, the Chief Electoral Officer’s office said on Thursday.

The deadline for filing claims and objections ended on Wednesday. The CEO’s office said all submissions will be examined and final decisions will be taken by September 17, before the publication of the revised electoral rolls.
