Omar Abdullah Rules Out Raising Internal Issues with US Ambassador Sergio Gor
SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said he would discuss the situation in the region with visiting US Ambassador Sergio Gor, but ruled out raising internal issues with him,
Abdullah said Gor’s visit was significant because it was the first time in a long time that a US ambassador had visited Jammu and Kashmir. He said he looked forward to meeting Gor and listening to his views, while noting that the ambassador was also coming to hear from local representatives.
