26 Lakh Customers Flock to Supplyco Stores, Onam Sales Top Rs 200 Crore

KOCHI: Supplyco’s sales during the ongoing Onam season crossed Rs 207 crore, with around 26 lakh customers visiting its outlets and special fairs across Kerala between August 1 and noon on August 19, officials said.

Of the total sales, subsidised items accounted for Rs 72 crore, while non-subsidised products contributed Rs 135 crore. Supplyco, the state-run company responsible for regulating prices of essential commodities and supporting food security, has been conducting special sales during the festive season.
