Dhoot Transmission shares surge nearly 38% in blockbuster market debut

NEW DELHI: Shares of auto components maker Dhoot Transmission Ltd made a strong market debut on Monday, listing at a premium of nearly 38 per cent over the issue price of Rs 871. The stock opened at Rs 1,193.80 on the BSE, up 37 per cent, and further climbed 39.23 per cent to Rs 1,212.70. On the NSE, shares listed at Rs 1,200, registering a 37.77 per cent gain over the issue price.
