OYO-Parent PRISM Adds 40 Premium Hotels in Major UK Expansion

New Delhi: IPO-bound PRISM, the parent company of OYO, on Tuesday announced the expansion of its premium hospitality portfolio in the United Kingdom by adding 40 hotels under its Sunday Hotels and Belvilla brands.

The move is aimed at strengthening PRISM’s premium presence across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. The newly added properties include a mix of heritage hotels and strategically located assets in major cities and regional markets. Unlike OYO’s budget lodging business, which primarily operates on a franchise model, PRISM directly manages its premium hotel portfolio.
