Raut Alleges Shiv Sena Never Received Receipt for Rs 1 Crore Ram Janmabhoomi Trust Donation

Mumbai: Sanjay Raut on Friday alleged that the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) did not receive a receipt for the Rs 1 crore donation it made for the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, Raut also claimed that the party did not receive any receipt for a silver brick donated to the trust, raising questions over the documentation of the contributions.

The Rajya Sabha MP’s remarks come amid an ongoing controversy over alleged irregularities in donations made to the Ram Temple. Raut has sought accountability from the trust, claiming that despite the party’s contributions, there has been no official acknowledgment or update regarding the donations.
