Delhi HC’s August 24 Cause List: Key Cases to Watch on Monday
The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear a PIL on Monday challenging the Delhi government’s decision to make endorsement by a local MP or MLA mandatory to avail benefits under the ‘Delhi Lakshmi Yojana’.
The court will also hear a lawsuit filed by CJP’s Saurav Das against commentator Abhijit Iyer Mitra and several others, alleging that they put his residential details in the public domain.
