Axis Bank Reports Robust 22% Jump in Q1 Net Profit

MUMBAI: Axis Bank on Saturday reported a 22.23 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 7,632.31 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, driven by steady business growth.

The private sector lender had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,243.72 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. On a standalone basis, the bank’s net profit rose 23 per cent year-on-year to Rs 7,114 crore, reflecting healthy operational performance during the first quarter of the financial year.
