K T Jaleel denies humiliating students, says he interacted with them ‘like a teacher’
Thiruvananthapuram: Former Kerala Minister K T Jaleel on Tuesday denied allegations of humiliating students during a recent felicitation function in Palakkad, saying he neither hurt nor insulted any student and only interacted with them as a teacher would.
His clarification came after the Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights registered a case against him over remarks allegedly made during the event. According to the commission, the action was initiated based on visuals aired by television channels that purportedly showed the incident.
