No Special Treatment on ‘The Odyssey’ Set, Says Matt Damon

LONDON: Hollywood star Matt Damon has said there was “no special treatment” for anyone on the sets of Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated adaptation of Homer’s The Odyssey, adding that every cast member shared the same demanding filming experience.

Damon, who headlines the star-studded cast, said the production maintained an equal approach even while shooting in difficult conditions.

The film features an ensemble cast including Tom Holland, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway, and Charlize Theron. Nolan’s adaptation of the ancient Greek epic is one of the most anticipated releases of the year and is scheduled to hit theatres on July 17.
