Delhi Police Plans Special Cells for Bomb Hoaxes, Cybercrimes against Women
NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police’s newly established Delhi Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (D4C) will have dedicated cells to investigate bomb hoaxes and online crimes against women and children, according to a government notification. The Hoax Bomb E-mail Investigation Cell will probe threats involving VPNs, anonymisation tools, spoofed or anonymous emails, amid a series of bomb threats to schools, courts and government offices in the capital.
