Haryana Police Nab Inter-State Drug Trafficker, Recover 477 Grams of Heroin

Hisar: Haryana Police have arrested an alleged inter-state drug smuggler and seized 477 grams of heroin from his possession in Fatehabad, officials said on Friday.

The accused, identified as Aman Kumar, a resident of Ferozepur in Punjab, was apprehended during a police patrol in the Ghaggar river bypass area. According to Fatehabad Additional Superintendent of Police Divyashi Singla, Kumar tried to flee after spotting the police vehicle, but the patrol team chased and arrested him. Police have registered a case and are investigating the source and intended destination of the seized contraband.
