Parliament Deadlock Continues: Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha Adjourned Till 2 PM amid Fresh Uproar

The Monsoon Session of Parliament witnessed fresh disruptions on its third day as both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were adjourned shortly after proceedings began amid sloganeering by Opposition members. The first two days of the session were also marked by repeated adjournments, with legislative business largely stalled.

The Opposition continued to press for a discussion on the alleged NEET paper leak, police action against protesting students in Delhi, and other issues, while the government reiterated its readiness to debate the examination controversy. The INDIA bloc is expected to intensify its demand for a detailed debate as the Centre seeks to move forward with its legislative agenda.
