Rajasthan ACB arrests assistant collector’s driver in bribery case

JAIPUR: The Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested a contractual driver working for the Assistant Collector in Mundawar for allegedly accepting a Rs 25,000 bribe, officials said.

The accused, Gajendra Singh, was caught red-handed during an ACB trap in Alwar on Monday night. ACB DGP Govind Gupta said the bribe was allegedly sought in connection with a land partition case pending before the Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Mundawar.
