Four black tigers in Similipal caught on camera
Baripada: The black tiger, a special feature of the Similipal National Park, has been captured in a camera trap again. Four tigers have been spotted on camera traps. Half of the tigers in Similipal are black tigers. A melanistic tigress was recently captured on a trap camera, walking through the forest in Similipal with her three cubs. This photo was posted on social media by the Similipal Tiger Reserve. Two tigresses, named Jinnat and Yamuna, were brought from Maharashtra to Similipal to control the black tiger population.
