‘War with Iran has been averted, but…’: Netanyahu’s major statement amidst tensions

New Delhi: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu acknowledged on Monday to a ceasefire with Iran but warned that if another attack occurs in the future, Israel will respond with full force. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a video message said that the fighting ceased because Iran became weakened and has ceased its attacks. He said, “Iran and Hezbollah have become weaker than ever before, and we are stronger than ever before.” But our fight with them is not over yet. In the last 24 hours, Iran and Hezbollah have tried to impose a new equation on us. In my opinion, this is completely intolerable and unacceptable. They thought they would attack Israel from Lebanese and Iranian territory and we won’t take any action. That has never happened before, nor will it ever happen as long as I am alive.
