Capri Global Capital Secures USD 300 Mn from Overseas Investors via Bond Issue
New Delhi: Capri Global Capital on Wednesday said it has raised USD 300 million through its first-ever US Dollar bond issuance to support business growth. The NBFC issued Senior Secured Notes maturing in 2029 with a 7.55 per cent annual coupon. The issue was oversubscribed more than 2.3 times, attracting bids exceeding USD 700 million from 64 accounts.
