Kashmir Crime Branch Cracks Down on Fake Appointment, Transfer Orders; Five Booked

Srinagar: The Economic Offences Wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Crime Branch has charge sheeted five persons for allegedly issuing fake appointment, transfer and relieving orders in the Education Department, officials said on Wednesday.

The chargesheet was filed before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budgam. The accused have been identified as Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Shakir Gull, Sheikh Ruhail Ahmad, Mohammad Ayaz Rather and Tanveer Ahmad Rather.
