PMS Bazaar, NDML Join Hands to Make SEBI Accredited Investor Certification More Accessible
NEW DELHI: PMS Bazaar, an alternative investments platform, has announced a collaboration with NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML), an Accreditation Agency, to facilitate the SEBI Accredited Investor certification process for eligible investors and entities.
The partnership aims to simplify and speed up the certification process by providing end-to-end assistance. PMS Bazaar said wider adoption of the Accredited Investor framework could expand investor participation and improve access to sophisticated investment opportunities.
Under SEBI’s framework, eligible Accredited Investors can benefit from lower minimum investment thresholds for Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and other alternative investment products, besides certain regulatory flexibilities.
