Kerala Health Dept Sets Up HR Cell to Expedite Doctors’ Promotions

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Health Department has set up a special HR cell at the Directorate of Health Services to prepare doctors’ seniority lists and expedite their promotions, the KGMOA said. The cell will coordinate with various sections to speed up procedures related to seniority and promotions. The move comes amid vacancies in the department, which have delayed the filling of key posts and compounded difficulties for patients due to a shortage of doctors.
