Max Estates Buys 85 Acres in Delhi to Develop Projects worth Rs 10,000-12,000 Cr
NEW DELHI: Realty firm Max Estates Ltd has acquired 84.71 acres of land in West Delhi from promoters’ land-holding entities in a share-swap deal valued at Rs 420 crore. The company plans to develop residential and commercial projects on the site and expects to generate revenue of Rs 10,000-12,000 crore. The acquisition marks Max Estates’ entry into Delhi’s housing market, expanding its presence in the Delhi-NCR region beyond Gurugram and Noida.
