Zomato and Blinkit Facilitate ₹18 Crore Tax Refunds for 1 Lakh Delivery Partners.
New Delhi: Eternal-owned platforms Zomato and Blinkit have facilitated income tax return (ITR) filing for more than 1 lakh delivery partners across 905 cities in India so far this year. According to a company statement, the initiative aims to help gig workers meet tax compliance requirements ahead of the filing deadline on August 31, 2026. The companies said the effort has enabled thousands of delivery partners to file their returns more easily, thereby supporting financial inclusion and formal participation in the tax system.
