Odisha CM Majhi Disburses Rs 5,160 Crore to Over 1 Crore Women under Subhadra Yojana
BHUBANESWAR/NAYAGARH: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday disbursed over Rs 5,160 crore as the fifth instalment of the Subhadra Yojana to 1,03,26,162 women beneficiaries at a programme in Lathipada, Nayagarh district.
Among the beneficiaries, 2,21,054 women received financial assistance under the scheme for the first time. Assembly Speaker Surama Padhy, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida and other senior BJP leaders attended the event.
