Several Hospitalised After Chlorine Gas Leak at Nagpur Water Treatment Plant
NAGPUR: A chlorine gas leak at a water treatment plant in Godhani village here shortly after midnight sent nearby residents fleeing for safety, with several people complaining of breathing difficulties. The leak occurred from a 900-kg-capacity chlorine gas cylinder at around 1 am, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation said. Several people were hospitalised following the incident, officials said.
