Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge Takes Oath in Rajya Sabha

New Delhi: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Monday took oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha following his re-election, reaffirming his presence in Parliament’s Upper House.

Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President C P Radhakrishnan administered the oath to Kharge in his chamber. The veteran Congress leader took the oath in Hindi, holding a copy of the Constitution, underscoring his commitment to constitutional values.

After the swearing-in, Radhakrishnan congratulated Kharge on his re-election and expressed confidence that the Rajya Sabha would continue to benefit from his extensive parliamentary experience.
